I am a certified health coach with strategies to improve healthy behaviors and a certified personal trainer who can assist you with a manageable exercise plan.

The US Dept of Agriculture's My Plate program offers guidelines for a balanced diet, emphasizing food as body fuel. It highlights the importance of fruits and vegetables, recommending at least five servings daily for optimal health and disease prevention.

 

The program also stresses the necessity of proper hydration, advising at least 6-8 glasses of water daily, especially during exercise.
